G.O.A.T. Authentics Terms and Conditions

Important Notice

By using the services of G.O.A.T. Authentics, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting any items for authentication.

1. Submission Process

All items submitted for authentication must be accompanied by a completed submission form and full payment.
Incomplete or illegible submission forms will delay the authentication process.
G.O.A.T. Authentics reserves the right to correct any errors on the submission form to reflect current authentication and shipping prices.
Items must be shipped to G.O.A.T. Authentics at the customer’s expense.
Return shipping is also the customer’s expense.

2. Authentication Process

G.O.A.T. Authentics will review each item to verify the authenticity of the signature.
The authentication process includes a thorough examination by our experts.
G.O.A.T. Authentics does not guarantee the authenticity of any item and will not be liable for any errors in the authentication process.
Items that fail authentication will be returned with a detailed explanation.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid in advance before G.O.A.T. Authentics can process your order.
Fees are non-refundable, regardless of the authentication outcome.
Additional charges may apply for expedited services or special handling requests.

4. Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for shipping items to G.O.A.T. Authentics.
The customer is responsible for return shipping for authenticated items.
G.O.A.T. Authentics is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.
Insurance for return shipping is available upon request and at an additional cost and recommended.

5. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time for authentication is 10 business days from the date of the item is received.
Expedited services are available for an additional fee.
Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

G.O.A.T. Authentics’ liability for any item is limited to the authentication fee paid.
G.O.A.T. Authentics is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

G.O.A.T. Authentics reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The most current version of the terms and conditions will be available on our website.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
